DOWNLOAD MHR 2009 Parish Census Form
September 2009

As the relatively new Pastor of Most Holy Redeemer Church, I am writing this letter in an attempt to reach out to all families who are listed as registered parishioners. More than eight years have elapsed since our last parish census was taken. In that time, our steadfast parishioners continue to support the Parish and all the services and programs we provide. There are new faces that have joined our Parish community and some that we no longer see at Mass on Sunday.

As a part of the long-range planning we are now undertaking, we are conducting this parish census with these goals in mind:

1. To refresh our records so that we have current information on all of our active families.
2. To invite a new level of parish participation as we seek to build an exciting future together.
3. To reach out to those who may need pastoral care or assistance in some way from our parish community.

We ask you to complete our census. A parish census can be an important tool. Should you feel uncomfortable answering a question in writing that appears too personal, leave it blank. Please be assured that all your answers will be kept strictly confidential.

The Parish will actively conduct this "Family Census" through the end of September. Once you have completed it, please return it in a sealed envelope and place it in the Collection basket during Mass or to the Parish rectory during normal business hours.

I prayerfully submit this request that you take an active part in filling out our Most Holy Redeemer Parish Census 2009.

In faith,
Fr. John Aurilia, OFM Cap
Pastor
